Dr. James Baughan, M.D., F.R.C.S. (C), President and Chair of Kamloops Surgical Centre Dr. Baughan graduated from the University of Alberta medical school in 1998 and received is General Surgery fellowship at the University of Alberta in 2003. Dr. Baughan offers patients a full spectrum of General Surgical Procedures including hernias with future plans for laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic diagnostic procedures. He has been practicing in Kamloops since 2003 and is a member of the Royal Inland Hospital infectious control committee, physician lead Kamloops Community of Practice and President of Kamloops Surgical Centre.
