Urology

Dr. David A.W. Stewart

Born in Kamloops, B.C., Dr. Stewart attended the University of British Columbia and graduated with B.Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry. He became an M.D. in 1982.

His Internship took place at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. He later became Chief Resident of Urology at the Vancouver General Hospital. Dr. Stewart is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is Chief of the Department of Surgery at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C.

He has published various papers and made numerous presentations in the area of Urology both in the United States and Canada and has received a number of awards in acknowledgement of his work, dedication and contribution to the field.
